When milliCare commercial floor cleaning franchise owners meet up every year for the annual Exchange, it’s more than just a chance to catch up. The event has a full calendar of industry reports, new product and equipment demos, workshops on everything from sales and marketing to cross-territory cooperation and more.
“We have great attendance every year because this is the chance for our franchise owners to share what they’ve learned, what issues they are having and where they are finding success,” says Bill Helton, Director of Franchise Development. “It’s a very worthwhile event, and it’s great for us because we get to sit down with the men and women who are making the milliCare brand successful in all types of markets. We really do learn from each other, and that helps us all going forward.”
The Exchange also plays host to an awards ceremony, where honorees in several different categories are recognized. This year’s recipients include:
Franchise Of The Year Award
Awarded to the single franchise with the highest total within a weighted average of compliance, engagement and growth.
Awarded based on royalties for growth revenue over the previous year. Incentive amounts increase as growth categories increase. To qualify, franchise owners must have a minimum reported revenue of $250,000.
Awarded to a franchise based on their years as a milliCare franchise.
Given to a team member that has gone above and beyond, reached a significant accomplishment, or made a major contribution to the success of the business in the categories of Sales Achievement, Operations Excellence and Business Support.
President’s Circle Award
Awarded to the franchise with a minimum of $250,000 in revenue and a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth or any franchise that meets or exceeds $1,000,000 with year-over-year growth.
Awarded to a franchise that has demonstrated outstanding sales growth within a service category.
Awarded to a single franchise with the highest percentage of year-over-year growth. Must be a franchise with a minimum of 24 months to quality.
