Welcome to the MilliCare consumer privacy rights portal. In accordance with applicable law, eligible state residents have several rights with regard to their personal information that is collected by MilliCare. Subject to certain limitations, if you are a resident of a state that grants its residents certain privacy rights, you can use this form to exercise your privacy rights. [1] If subject to California Law, your company should decide how job applicants and employees may exercise their privacy rights. Many companies allow job applicants and employees to submit privacy rights requests via the same methods as other consumers (i.e., via the online webform).
