Since 2010, commercial construction has been exploding. Industry research firm Navigant reports that the total building stock will increase by more than 28% between now and 2020. That’s more than 300 billion square feet of carpets and flooring that need care.

Here are a few of the qualities we’re seeking in Master Franchise candidates:

  • Managers with experience providing post-sales support
  • Strong knowledge of branding and marketing in your country
  • The ability to navigate the business rules and regulations in your country
  • Prior experience working with a franchise system or enterprise level business

Master Franchise candidates don’t have to be independently wealthy, either. We’re seeking individuals with a minimum net worth of $250,000 and access to $125,000 in operating capital, either in cash or a line of credit. This makes milliCare a great investment for the right entrepreneur looking for their next venture.

“The ideal master franchise is someone with the drive to take the milliCare brand, grow it, and make it into the dominant force in commercial Floor and Textile care in their country,” Bill says. “These individuals often have experience growing franchise operations or other businesses in their countries, and they understand the ins and outs of launching a successful new enterprise.”
