Official Rules: Valid for current franchise owners in good standing who refer a new candidate (not already in our database) who purchases a new territory within 12 months of referral receipt. Candidate cannot already be an owner of a milliCare location. milliCare has the final decision making authority on all issues and disputes concerning this referral fee, including but not limited to the eligibility of a referral and payment of a referral fee. milliCare may, at its sole discretion, terminate, extend, amend or adjust this promotion at any time for any reason with or without notice.
