Continued expansion in locations, service offerings and franchise owner support sets up 2019 as a year for even more aggressive growth

Whether it was entirely new milliCare commercial floor cleaning franchise locations coming online, or other brand owners converting their operations, 2018 was a good year for milliCare’s overall visibility.

“We continue to bring new franchise owners on board who are coming in from other industries, and also those who may have a commercial floor cleaning franchise as an independent operator or under another name who like what milliCare’s experienced operational team has to offer,” Helton says. “Getting people from both sides of the spectrum is very encouraging to us because it shows that our business model has a very strong appeal to those who understand the industry.”

The heightened awareness of milliCare also is bringing it accolades, such as placement on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 list alongside other “best of” tallies kept by well-known and respected industry watchers.

“Providing outstanding floor cleaning is what we do, but when we can do entryway work or other services, we embed ourselves more fully into business operations,” he explains. “That means more frequent visits and a higher invoice for each of those. We are continuing to modify and improve our equipment and products as well, so that cost savings can be realized by franchise owners on the back end.”
